“I have been keen runner for most of my life.  I have done the Grizzly for a number of years and my times for it were fairly consistent.  Last summer I picked up a small niggle; some right groin pain that came on with prolonged running and would linger for a few hours afterwards.  This gradually worsened until I was in pain most of the time and my running was greatly restricted.  A friend suggested I should see Mike for a free assessment.  He explained it was essentially a sprain of one of the pelvic joints.  After a short course of treatment, I was able to run again and after several weeks training I felt able to enter the Grizzly again.  Everything went well on the day, I didn’t want to do it in a particular time but I knocked nearly 20 minutes off my previous PB. Extraordinary!”

Mr. S. (Seaton)

“Since having my children more than twenty years ago, I have had right hip and groin pain from time to time. In the past year it has become much worse and almost constant. By the time I saw Mr. Norris I could hardly walk. He explained that childbirth can cause distortion of the pelvis that can lead to problems much later. After my first treatment, I was significantly better and symptom-free after my second visit. We are due to see how things are in three months but at the moment, things are going very well.”

Mrs. K. (Lyme Regis)

“I had suffered with left shoulder and neck pain for many years, probably due to an office-based career and many hours a week in front of a PC. I also had infrequent but unpleasant headaches. When I went to see Mr. Norris, the examination revealed a problem with my second rib on that side. After a couple of treatments, the neck and shoulder were greatly improved. That was three years ago and I am symptom-free as far as the neck is concerned. I have a check-up two or three times a year and I no longer have the headaches.”

Mr. E. (Dorset)

“I have had problems with my lower back since a lifting injury in my teens. I’ve seen various people over the years and while they’ve helped me, no-one has really fixed it. I mentioned it to a friend who told me to just go and see Mike. After a thorough examination, he explained what was wrong and how it could be treated. Four years later I am still pain-free and all it takes is an occasional check-up. What could be simpler?”
